The Retreat Centre is an ideal location for family gatherings, small groups, leadership teams, planning teams, and boards, who are looking for an environment suited for learning, reflection and fun.
The facility is uniquely placed on a beautiful 6 acre park-like property surrounded by orchards
and close to the Beaver River.
All you need to plan and facilitate your event is at your disposal. Your group has complete use of the facility and access to the kitchen, meeting rooms, and property. The Retreat Centre comes complete with all the audio/visual equipment you need for presentations including projector, screen, sound system,
Blu-Ray/DVD/CD player, and flip charts.
We do not provide meals but encourage groups to plan and prepare meals in teams in
order to increase community and team building. If you would rather use a local caterer,
we will provide you with a variety of contacts.
Facility Booking Rates
When you rent the Clarksburg Retreat, our rate includes use of the facility and the property for up to 30 guests.
Weekend Rate (Fri-Sun) - $1500/night
Weekday Rate (Mon-Thurs) - $1200/night

Our outdoor meeting space provides a unique opportunity to catch up with your guests and our indoor meeting rooms provide all the supplies you need for discussions and decision-making.
